Behavior[edit | edit source]
Dark Trackers, despite their size, are quite tanky. They have two primary attacks. They will do a quick strike at the player, usually when first confronted. Ocassionally, they will also roll behind the player and slowly wind up an attack. If this attack is successful, it will deal high damage. While their attacks are quite slow and easy to dodge on their own, the real risk lies when they are encountered in groups or alongside other enemies. It can be hard to avoid taking a hit to the back while dealing with several enemies.
Running from Dark Trackers is usually not an option, because like Runners, they teleport to any target that is running away from them.
Strategy[edit | edit source]
Since Dark Trackers can teleport, they can be baited out of groups of enemies and dealt with one on one. Both of their attacks are best avoided by rolling since their strike is quite fast and difficult to parry while their backstab can be devastating if hit.
Trivia[edit | edit source]
- Back when Knife Throwers are not officially available, they re-used Dark Tracker's sprites.
