Rampart is a shield-type weapon with a higher damage reduction on block than most other shields and spawns a force field upon a successful parry.

Details

  • Block Damage Reduction: 85%
  • Special Effects:
    • On parry of any attack (doesn't include ranged attacks), generates a force field which lasts for 2.5 seconds and makes the player invincible for the duration
  • Tags: Shield
  • Legendary Version: Ice Wall
    • Forced Affix: Frost Shield
      • "Freezes enemies when you parry"

Notes

  • Previously called Force Shield.
    • Coincidently, both shields have the ability to generate forcefields.
  • After the old Front Line Shield was removed from the game, Rampart now has the highest block damage reduction out of all shields at 85%, only 5% lower than the front line shield.
